Mr. Bhonsle is the Country Head of Credila.

Prashant Bhonsle has total of 16 plus years of experience in diverse industries like Financial Services, Office Automation, Telecom, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. The organizations include some of the fortune companies along with a few who are the fastest growing in their domains such as ICICI, Canon, RPG, Pepsi and Cadila. He has held various positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Credit, Customer Service and Operations across different geographies in the country.

In financial services, he worked with ICICI Bank Limited for about five and a half years at various positions across India. Prashant started his ICICI career as a business head for mortgages for Gujarat & Maharashtra regions respectively and went on to become a National Head - cross sell for all retail loans including Credit Cards. He was leading a team of more than 600 people stationed across 350 branches in the country and was responsible for top line revenue of Rs. 120 billion. He was also instrumental in setting up and growing Post Office channel for sourcing retail asset business to a volume of Rs. 400 crores in two states Maharashtra & Rajasthan.

Mr. Shridhar Hebbar is the National Credit Manager of Credila.

Shridhar Hebbar joined Credila Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. in March 2011. Prior to joining Credila, he was with Deutsche Bank AG in their Private & Business Client division for around 5 years with the last assignment being National Sales Head - Developer Channel & Product Head - Unsecured Asset. During his tenor at Deutsche Bank he was also part of Credit Risk Management involved in Senior Risk Management positions handling Collection Support, Centralised Personal Loan Underwriting Team and Mortgage Underwriting for Western & Eastern India.

His past assignment includes Regional Credit Head - West managing the mortgage portfolio at ABN Amro Bank N.V (now RBS), Area Sales Manager - Vidarbha & Chhatisgarh with ICICI Group in their Home Loan vertical.

He also has spent time with Gruh Finance Limited (An HDFC Limited subsidiary) in his initial days. Overall, Shridhar has 17 years experience in the financial services sector.

Shridhar Hebbar is a Master of Management Studies & Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Goa University with a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI, Hyderabad.

Mr. Chhaya is a senior operations person with 40 year of experience in retail banking industry.

Retired as Managing Director of Bob Cards, Ltd. - a subsidiary of Bank of Baroda on December 2003. The position was in the Top Executive cadre of Bank of Baroda. Managing Credit Cards & Debit Cards.

Before that Mr. Chhaya held following various positions at Bank of Baroda.
